Collaboration - She has volunteered countless times to help me even if it means it puts extra work on her or makes her drive many miles out her way. Empowerment - Michelle always has kind words when speaking of her coworkers and providing praise. Accountability - She is dependable and always shows up for work and provides results when it matters.
