Considering a career in providing ABA therapy?
Registered Behavior Technician
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are therapists who work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. RBTs utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to implement a treatment plan under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The main responsibilities of an RBT are to implement day to day programming with respect to each individual client’s treatment plan, follow respective client’s Behavior Intervention Plan to reduce challenging behavior, record and input data, and communicate with members of each client’s therapy team.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Board Certified Behavior Analysts are responsible for the development and oversight of the day-to-day implementation of treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The main responsibilities of a BCBA are to conduct assessments, develop and oversee implementation of treatment plans and evidence-based services, supervise RBTs, provide family guidance, build relationships with clients, their families and employees, and to coordinate regularly with the Clinical Director to ensure consistency in clinic-wide procedures and to ensure beset outcomes for all clients.

Transportation
We all face transportation challenges from time to time. MO HealthNet’s Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) program provides free rides for eligible MO HealthNet participants. Call MTM (The NEMT provider) to set up a ride to a covered service if you have no other way to get there.
If you are eligible for NEMT, MTM can arrange rides for you to go to an appointment with a MO HealthNet provider near your home. If the provider is far away, you may need to get a note from your doctor.
Some Information About The NEMT Program:
· You can schedule a ride Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
· All rides must be for a MO HealthNet covered service.
· You must have no other way to get to and from your
· covered service.
· You must call at least two days before your routine appointment if you live in an urban county; hospital.
· discharges or rides to urgent care can be scheduled same day.
